All orders usually ship within 2-4 business days via USPS.

Please send technical questions on any item to info@hotguitarist.com. For non-technical issues - if after 30 days you are not satisfied and would like to return any product, we will refund its purchase price. If you ordered by credit card we'll refund that account. All other forms of payment will be refunded by check to the order's shipping address. Returned products must be in original packaging, include the warrant card, owner's manual, and be in original unused condition. Videos, Dvd's, cassette tapes, etc. can be returned only if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap is unopened.

How to Make Returns
All returns will be expedited ASAP. If the reason for the return is an error on our part or a defective product we will refund shipping charges. Please include a note of the reason for return (for our review), a copy of your packaging invoice and mail the return to:

Foreign Shipping
Packages delivered outside the USA may incur certain import taxes for which customers are responsible. No refunds can be made for orders if the customer refuses to pay these taxes.

Unforeseen Changes
Sometimes an item will become unavailable. If this happens after you've ordered it we will notify you. Available items will go out as ordered and you will be charged only for items shipped. Once the unavailable item is back in stock we will apply the remaining balance of purchase and send the item without shipping charge to you.
